Snice
Well, I neglected to even mention last week’s collection here. So I guess all three of you who read this missed it! This week I’ve got the all-new “Snice” collection up. “Snice” refers to “snow” and “ice.” Here are the designs:

Leafy
I know in some parts of the country, fall is already pretty much over, but here in East Texas it is still in full swing. This week’s collection is titled “Leaf Memories,” to evoke all the stages of leafiness from spring to fall.

Back Down to Earth
There was almost a nip in the air here this morning. I wore a long-sleeved shirt and didn’t regret it! With fall almost here (and well advanced elsewhere!) I thought I’d revisit the “Earth” theme:

New Minis!
Minis are so reliably popular that I have decided to offer them one week per month. Here’s a sneak peek at one of this month’s new designs:
Minis are smaller than my regular stitch markers in two ways. One, they usually use smaller or fewer beads; and two, they fit smaller needles—up to a size 8 or so. Minis are for sock and lace knitters and come in sets of 8 instead of six.

Fluttering By
Well, summer is finally fluttering to an end, at least here in Texas. We’ll have plenty more hot days but it won’t be the searing steambath heat of summer. Before we say goodbye to summer till next year, I am listing a few Flutter By stitch markers on Ebay this week. See them here:

I'm a homeschooling mother of seven and avid knitter. I learned to knit when I was six but have really fallen in love with it in the last five years or so. I started designing my own stitch markers about two years ago, and I liked them so much better than anything that was commercially available that I began offering them for sale to other knitters.
